PATRICK KENNEDY, OWNER
Patrick worked his way through college building barns with Rickman Construction. After graduating from VCU with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies, he built sets for films like Hannibal, Gods and Generals, and Iron Jawed Angels. He worked his way up through several remodeling firms in Richmond before being hired on with Grace Street Home Additions as a Project Manager. In 2009, he launched PMK Construction.

Kyle has been with us 2010. With 20+ years of experience with residential remodeling and construction, Kyle brings the skills and trouble shooting ability necessary to tackle the diverse and interesting projects we put in front of him.
